Lesson 10 Synopsis - ProTools: Mbox Day!

This is the lesson where your Mentor will give you your very own M-Box™. Set up the M-Box to function with your computer by following the included instructions. If you encounter difficulty in configuring your M-Box, please contact Avid’s™ tech support to help you. Given the many possible configurations, tech support will probably be in a better position to help you set up your M-Box than your mentor in this case.

Brief History – Avid™, Pro Tools

Getting Started:

At this stage, you should be familiar enough with computers to begin working with Pro Tools. We will take the next several lessons to deal with topics such as file management and optimizing your system for peak performance.
